The Summerfield North Neighborhood Association
Summerfield North Neighborhood Association (SNNA) is a non-profit organization made up of neighbor volunteers committed to keeping Summerfield North a safe, active and close-knit community. SNNA operates separately of the neighborhood homeowners association to organize social events and gatherings, provide monthly communications and uphold the beauty of the neighborhood. Spring FlingTypically the weekend before Easter, fun for all with an egg hunt, games and prizes.
Spring Yard SaleCommunity yard sale usually in April or May.
Memorial Day CeremonyOn Memorial Day Monday, a ceremony of remembrance with fire trucks and police cars, the Sanderson Marching band, and neighbors of all ages. Kids parade on bikes, scooters and pulled in wagons.
Memorial Day Pool Open HouseNeighborhood pool open house with pool games, prizes and cookout food provided by Summerfield North Stingrays.
SNNA Board Elections & Adult Social Pool PartyTypically in June, elect in new SNNA Board of Directors, then adults only pool party after hours.
Outdoor Movie NightOutdoor movie event at the common area by the pool. Popcorn, sno-cones and fun!
Back to School Ice Cream SocialUsually the Sunday before the kids go back to school in August, make your own ice cream sundaes.
Fall FestivalTypically the weekend before Halloween, includes costume contest, inflatable bounce house and slide, and more.
Horse Drawn Sleigh Ride & CarolingIn December to celebrate the holidays, we have two horse drawn sleighs go around the neighborhood while we sing Christmas carols and enjoy the neighborhood holiday decorations.
Christmas Eve LuminariesOn Christmas Eve morning, neighbors join together to fill & distribute luminary bags. Neighbors light them in front of their house at 6 pm on Christmas Eve for a beautiful sight.
