What is SNNA?
Summerfield North Neighborhood Association (SNNA) is a nonprofit organization that operates separately of the neighborhood homeowners association. The SNNA board of directors and committees are made up of neighbor volunteers committed to keeping Summerfield North a safe, active and close-knit community.

Summerfield North Neighborhood Association (SNNA) is a separate entity from the neighborhood Home Owners Association and Pool Board. Those are managed by Towne Properties, our property manager.

We serve the residents of Baileycroft, Old Well at Summerfield, Sagewood, Sagewood Square, Summerfield North and Wycombe Manor.

SNNA activities including:

• Monthly newsletters to keep you informed
