Jean Yost has lived in Summerfield North since 2005 with her husband Ed. She is originally from the western suburbs of Chicago. Jean just retired from teaching mostly fifth grade and English as second language in Wake County Public Schools. She is happy about finally having some time to volunteer more at church and cook. You may have seen Ed and Jean walking their three year old Shetland Sheepdog (sheltie), Cody, in the neighborhood. He is currently being trained to run agility courses.

Robyn is married to Jason and they have two children, Marston Sih & Morgan   EvaGrace.  She is a “second generation” Summerfield Norther, growing up here and then returned to our neighborhood in 2009. Robyn is excited to help provide her kids with some of the same fun activities and traditions that she experienced as a youth in Summerfield.  If you hunt hard enough, my picture can be found on the Stingrays wall at the pool. This is Robyn’s fourth year on the board as Social Chair.

Jennifer moved to Summerfield North in June 2014 after living in Chicago for 16 years. She is a former Kindergarten teacher who now spends most of her time chasing after her two boys. In her free time she enjoys yoga, running and baking.

Ben Ioppolo—Webmaster

In addition to what Crystian noted in her bio, Ben has worked as a Software Developer, Civil Engineer, and Project Manager at FDH Velocitel for the last 7.5 years. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, training in martial arts, video gaming, cooking, gardening, and billiards. Crystian (NJ) and Ben (FL) met in the middle at the GA Tech Taekwondo Club and soon discovered that kicking and punching each other was a key to marital bliss. They are also excited about baby #3 due this winter and have been honing their footwork, agility, and awareness for the impending zone defense requirements.
